@heIpfullandlord We’re using Ring Alarm, doorbells and outside cameras. You can add the tenant as a user and select which devices you want them to be able to access. I personally would not rent out without at least a video doorbell.

@typjohns Its not 2-3 hours, It’s a 3-4 hour job. The lights are in XL box in the rafters behind the life size reindeer. Yes you need to get them down. half the bulbs don’t work, and they’re tangled AF. And the last guy spliced the lines randomly. Not. worth. it.

@WallStreetSilv Buying down points does Not affect the purchase price. We did this for our house. You give up some cash that would normally go towards your down payment (or in builders case, their margin) in exchange for a lower monthly payment
