Every country has an energy. And that energy rewires you whether you notice it or not. People move to Japan and become minimal. People move to Mexico and their entire relationship with time softens. People move to New York and suddenly they can't sit still. Your personality is far more malleable than you think. We treat it like something fixed, but new surroundings give you new defaults. New pace. New habits. New values absorbed through proximity instead of effort. You're not just the average of the 5 people closest to you. You're the average of the 5 places, the 5 routines, and the 5 inputs you're exposed to most. Your commute shapes you. The weather shapes you. Every space you occupy is voting on who you become. That's why I believe choosing where you live is one of the most important decisions you'll ever make. More important than your job title. Maybe more important than your five-year plan. Because the place shapes the plan. The place shapes your energy, your habits, your relationships, your default state. Get the place right and half of the other decisions start making themselves. Get it wrong and you'll fight yourself every day.
i can feel myself being psychically damaged when i’m forced to look at ugly things. clutter, kitchen sponges past their prime, bags of pre-shredded cheese…
i regret to inform you that personal growth rarely comes from acquiring new knowledge and almost always from:
- getting humiliated
- showing up terrified and doing it anyway
- admitting you might be the problem
Stress shortens your DNA. But one state can repair it. And it's not sleep. At the ends of your chromosomes are protective caps called telomeres. They prevent DNA from fraying. Every time a cell divides, telomeres get shorter. When they're too short, the cell dies. Scientists discovered something shocking: stress speeds up this clock dramatically. Elizabeth Blackburn won the Nobel Prize for discovering telomerase — the enzyme that repairs telomeres. For years, scientists believed it worked only in stem cells. They were wrong. Your mental and emotional state directly affects telomerase activity. Stress suppresses it. You don't age from time. You age from your state. A University of California study found that mothers caring for chronically ill children had telomeres equivalent to someone 10 years older than their peers. Stress literally cuts years off your life at the DNA level. Here's the most important part: Blackburn discovered that meditation increases telomerase activity by up to 30%. Not exercise. Not supplements.
Mental stillness.
Most people try to think their way out of nervous system states. That’s backwards. Thought follows state, not the other way around.
If the body predicts danger, the mind will justify it. Regulate the body first.
The mind will follow.
AWESOME: Alabama Governor Kay Ivey just signed into law a bill making the rape of a young child a capital crime. First-degree rape, sodomy, and sexual torture of any victim under the age of 12 is now punishable by death.
The most powerful metaphor about the human mind:
Plato's Cave.
It explains why most people feel stressed, depressed, and trapped—without knowing why.
Here are 7 warning signs + the exit protocol 🧵
Ghislaine Maxwell is serving 20 years for sex trafficking minors to GHOSTS apparently, because not one other co-conspirator has been charged.
Oh wait, we have the names. They're just all conveniently redacted.
Women who have high cognitive drive and are highly educated tend to engineer a hybrid rather than submit to pure domestic repetition.
They may value being a SAHM, but they keep a second arena for mastery and status through things like part time work, self employment, study, or a serious creative project, because a full exit is perhaps financially costly and almost certainly psychologically claustrophobic.
If the value of a smart woman is her genetics, of which her career is an expression, then to get smart women to have more babies you have to make motherhood higher status than career and pay her enough that the opportunity cost is beaten, not merely softened.
Hello my fellow love-filled humans of light! ❤️
READ THIS! All of it please 🙏
In these dark times, I want to share something I've learned through lived crises and crisis management over the years. I hope it brings a bit of awareness and kindness as we all navigate this.
PLEASE share this (or copy-paste it) if it resonates.
A lot of you are wide-eyed, trying to process the horror, see a path forward, and wondering why some stay silent.
Their reasons are personal and individual, but for many it's not disinterest it’s denial or shutdown. This isn't just info overload; it's a full assault on people's core sense of reality, trust, and morality.
Society's systems have failed so many (by design in places, with elite networks built to self-protect), leaving most unequipped to face it head-on.
It's too raw, too horrifying. So the default is status quo: head in the sand, freezing up, or denial. Not because people are "NPCs" it's not about dismissing anyone!
The alternative means dismantling everything they've built their lives around: economies, governments, daily illusions of safety all at risk if the full gravity hits.
It's like Epstein and his network are asteroids slamming into our collective moral code, the planet of humanity. Some will feel the impact harder than others, and that attack on our principles is fucking horrible. We're all experiencing it right now.
So my message: Check on your friends and loved ones. Give them a hug. Tell them you understand. We're all beings of light, and we're in this together.
Share this message, steal it, whatever…
just spread love, compassion, and unity. Especially to those struggling to accept this reality.
We got this. One hug, one conversation at a time. 🌳⛰️❤️
📝 note - for they eyes wide open crew:
I’m not saying to let go of the rage and anger; it’s justified and a rational response, but manage it. Don’t let it consume you (they will win if they can break us), and use some of that energy for compassion for yourself and those who may just need a hug and a shoulder. That day might not be today, tomorrow, or next month, but be there for them and each other as this is uncharted waters we’re moving into very quickly, and I don’t have a paddle that I can find. None of us do!
Also any mid size to big accounts make your voice heard you have a moral duty when you have a public platform and ability to reach a lot of people to not let’s this case disappear 🫥
we owe it to our children and future ones to do what is needed to ensure we act on the info we receive
Thats all lots of love
And back to X jail I go
🤣
