@DietCoke_Esq I think it depends on how long they’re asking for. But in this situation sometimes I’ll say “look, I legit cannot get my client to agree to this, file a motion, our position is we oppose it and let the court grant it” which reminds the court what your client has been through
@dilanesper I guess? I feel like I wouldn’t want to stand in front of a Family Court Judge and explain why I, as his lawyer, made a bunch of stuff public. If he wants to do it, can’t stop him, but having the lawyer do it is trying to send a message
@ItalianChud@Aella_Girl I want to be clear, you’re allowed to tell her whatever you want and if that’s how you feel, that’s fine. What I’m saying is don’t say “the world doesn’t owe you kindness” when it is specifically you denying that kindness. It’s disingenuous
@ItalianChud@Aella_Girl I legit don’t care. I was just hoping to give you some clarity of your own behavior, she doesn’t know who I am and doesn’t care about what I think (which is fine). I wanted *you* to read it and consider what I said
@UnworthyArtist@agraybee Not if she posted about it before! Like, it would be insane to ask a President whether it’s ok to threaten war crimes except our President keeps doing that
@NHMAGA26@GadSaad I would ask that you crack open just like a history book and poke around and see how the whole “Red Scare” went. Also, take a look at any time an entire group of people was said to be “evil” because of their religion and whether that turned out to be true
@ItalianChud@Aella_Girl She’s not talking about the world, buddy, she’s talking about you. You can choose to give someone loving kindness or not. Don’t go blaming the world for you what your heart is doing
@SpikeEskin The main issue is that if you build the walk way up a lot of people won’t bother and they’ll still get in the way of traffic. What they would need to do is dig the roadway down at that intersection and I’m not sure they could
