So @AllMySonsMoving guess who has 10 fingers and will keep tweeting until someone responds to own up to the issues? This guy. So, again….any chance of you takin ownership for all the issues and your drivers behavior?#allmysonsmving#worstmovers#badmovers
Hey @AllMySonsMoving I’m going out on a limb here and going to assume you have 0 cares about customers and their issues once your teams get paid? As in who cares if customers get ripped off and their items ruined?
#horriblemovers#badmovers#allmysonsmoving
A note about @AllMySonsMoving. They may start the move great, but it may go downhill for no reason. They may not: do it how the estimator said, not cover furniture, not protect your belongings, lose items. +Tip more than they suggest, or they will cuss at you.
1 of 10 stars.

@BestBuySupport They weren't trying to think outside the box. They seemed fine to want to charge me over $120 to replace my watch with its "dumber" sibling. I'm fine if you just want to stop - doubt you can do anything (and I doubt the higherups care).
@BestBuySupport@GeekSquad Please revisit your replacement policies, train employees in customer service, not hang up on people, and post your actual policies - not just allude to them and use your stores as cop-outs.
@BestBuySupport at this point, I doubt you (the company) actually care and are fine with me not using the "warranty". Which is sad, as i feel like BB could take the "hit" of covering replacing a higher-end product w/a lower end that due to "luck" costs more.
@BestBuySupport Thanks, at least you didn't hang up on me. I'll keep trying, but words can't describe how frustrating this is, since these practices aren't disclosed at the time of purchase & in the warranty document for my purchase period. I guess I never buy a protection plan from BB again.
@BestBuySupport Other than the "refund" option, I'm back to having to pay to replace it w/the plain Bluetooth model, since It costs more than what I originally paid for the 3G model (as it was on sale when I purchased it) - at least that what I'm taking away. Which is what angers me (if correct)
@BestBuySupport SKU 5688309 & Zip is 67202 | Although know it says instore pickup only - last night & this morning it let me go all the way to enter payment to order
@BestBuySupport No - they didn't want to place the order. Didn't opt for store credit as I got the watch on sale, so it wouldn't even cover me replacing it + they didnt seem to care. So, even if they order the exact same model, I'd have to pay the difference?
@BestBuySupport Yup - only the latter part is not part of the policy, at least the policy that is applicable during the time it was purchased. This is the closest "Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original Covered Product"
@BestBuySupport Unless there is some magical way for BB (under my SmartWatch) plan to replace mine w/the same model. Stores don't carry it & so far they didn't want to order it (shows up online). Only option given was to replace it with a dumber/less version & pay out of pocket.
