@mickthehack Id imagine that as the fast recruitment of the early 00s start to come on stream with 30 years done and 55 or older there will be a hemmorage! I'd say about 85% of my colleagues I've ever asked are out the door the second they can! I've 13 and a bit to go. Cannot wait!

@nwl88444048 Because they won't negotiate unless this roster implementation is postponed pending those talks. The failed roster Harris wants to bring back in was initially a pilot for a year with a promised vote. Management canceled the vote and kept it for 12 years. There's no trust there!

@KavanaghCPO 16 years in the job, every day of it on the regular. Couldn't disagree with you more being honest. Negotiations are needed but not while members have a gun to their head. The Nov 6th change back to the old roster is that gun. That roster that was brought in for a year's pilot!
