Furthermore, we've had 6 elections in 20 years and 2 of them have seen PV winner lose EC which is 33%. Not making any argument for EC, just pointing out the stats.

@aliensinnoh Sincere question: why is it weird that a voter wouldn't submit a Straight D or Straight R ballot? Or even a split ticket in GA runoff? I like the idea of voting for best candidate. I don't like idea of making this a team sport that ppl want to win at all costs. Make sense?
