@LIRR how do you determine if a trip is completed? We were still slowly moving to the stop and on the train until 7:20. 7 minutes late is a big deal and not reflected in your data! Is it really on or close? Be transparent!

@LIRR I am a pubic school educator in nyc and I am essential to the community. PLEASE help me get home. I miss my 50 minute commute from Atlantic to Merrick, now including wait time it’s over two hours. PLEASE GIVE US A 3:30 shuttle!
@LIRR your Brooklyn people are begging for a 3:30 shuttle. This would give us access to more trains at Jamaica. Arriving at 4:02 as the Babylon train leaves is infuriating! Help us get home!
@News12LI Terrible! I am constantly running or have super long waits in Jamaica. The trains are so crowded in the afternoon that we are face to face with our fellow commuters on the Babylon Branch. 40 minute commute now over an hour. Brooklyn service is not reliable....
