@cozypront @kirawontmiss 30% is crazy... I've worked service jobs for years... 30% is a crazy ask. 15-20% is acceptable, imo. The tip should be an incentive for the server or any tip based job. But to go out to eat, run a server back and forth, giving great service at the same time and not tip is rude.
