The Indian Express has come out with another revelation of the machinations for deletion of names of genuine voters during the current SIR exercise.
The Indian Express investigation reveals that persons have been set up by a political party – evidence points to the BJP – in constituencies whose job is to file objections to the enlistment of voters who have voted against that party. One person files 100–200 applications in Form 7 per day, objecting to the enrolment of voters who have voted against them or may vote against them in future - on various false grounds – mostly that they do not live at the address they have given in their application for enrollment, or that they are dead. Each Form 7 is to be signed by the objector - So, he signs 100 forms in his own name or under different fictitious names. He gives a declaration that what he is alleging is true even if it is false. He sends the objections to the Electoral Registration Officer in bulk though the objector is supposed to file each application personally. The voter whose inclusion has been challenged does not even know that the inclusion of his name has been challenged. A notice is issued to him by the ERO which he does not receive because the ERO does not take the trouble to actually communicate the notice to the voter. The voter does not appear, and his name gets left out of the Roll. All social workers who want democracy to prevail need to do two things:
1. The voters need to be informed about what is happening. Let every social worker do so. Let every political party do so. They must check that notices are issued and served by the EROs in cases where objections have been filed.
2. It will turn out that a large number of declarations in Form 7 filed by objectors are false. This is an offence under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act and Sections 171, 227, 228, 229, 233, 234, 236 and 237 of the BNS. Where an Electoral Registration Officer deletes a name without enquiries, or accepts false declaration without verification, he is liable for prosecution under Section 32 of the Representation of the People Act and Sections 49, 233 and 237 of the BNS. Criminal cases need to be lodged against the objectors and EROs by the voters who have been affected; and the social and political workers need to help them in this. Once criminal cases start getting lodged by the voters this “Vote Chori” will stop.
Census 2027 will ask for your Aadhaar, Voter ID, passport and mobile numbers, alongside your caste and religion. No Indian census has ever asked for a document number.
Putting these identifiers in one record makes it possible to link your census data to other government databases, with no data protection law in force to protect your privacy.
Good morning. Remember the celebrity Homeopath, the most influential academic Homeopath Mr. Rajan Sankaran and his study which claimed Homeopathy being better than standard of care for Covid-19? He came on Namita Thapar podcast and was endorsed by actress Anushka Sharma.
Read on it here: https://t.co/GTxhga36Hp
I spoke about it in June 2026 and the Homeopathy community mass reported my accounts, started an abusive trolling campaign, dogpiled harrassments, character assassinated me and my family and send me anonymous threats. Some anon accounts morphed nude images of me and posted it under my other posts (they were forced to be deleted after action was taken).
Well, after correspondence with the journal which published his paper, the Editor-in-Chief has now updated the study page with An Expression of Concern citing major integrity issues including data fraud / fabrication and change from original methods.

Ayush pseudoscience peddlers and promoters WILL be questioned, and made accountable. This is no more the time where you can go on fooling people and monetize the lies and fraud you subject public and patients to.
Gyanesh Kumar must go!
Demand 1: Initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh immediately, and an answer to the question: Who gave him the orders?
Demand 2: Put all upcoming elections on hold. Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process. We also demand that the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.
Demand 3: Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society.
The Election Commission of India is under fire like never before.
The SIR has struck 13 crore names off draft rolls, putting the EC at the centre of intense public debate over its role in deciding who gets to vote — and who doesn’t.
HOWEVER, what nobody knew: through that same period, some of the sharpest questions were being asked from inside.
Out today, after months of work. Our #ExpressInvestigation 🧵
(1/10)
Important:
Is CEC Gyanesh Kumar a citizen of India?
In the Delhi draft SIR electoral roll, CEC Gyanesh Kumar is shown as a voter. He is registered as Gyanesh Kumar, son of Subodh Kumar.
If a person cannot be mapped to the last SIR in 2002/2003, they are flagged as a “logical discrepancy” & receive a notice.
Now, Gyanesh Kumar was born in UP, is a Kerala cadre IAS officer, and has done postings in Delhi.
So I searched for “Gyanesh Kumar, son of Subodh Kumar” in the last SIR for these 3 states.
Shockingly, in all 3 states, there is NOBODY registered as Gyanesh Kumar, son of Subodh Kumar in the last SIR.
Now, if such an entry doesn’t exist in previous SIR, his current name on voter list should be flagged as a “logical discrepancy” & he should’ve gotten a notice.
So can the ECI pls clarify:
- Which state’s previous SIR is CEC Gyanesh Kumar marked in?
- Was Gyanesh Kumar a registered voter in 2002/2023?
- If he’s missing from the last SIR in Kerala, Delhi, and UP, how is his name on the current voter list?
- Has Gyanesh Kumar received a notice for “logical discrepancy” and for being an “unmapped voter”?
Thank you in advance for your clarification. The country must know.
A company called eka care messaged us out of the blue, with a copy of our childs doctors prescription.
We checked the website, and they're an "AI Native Ambient Healthcare platform" for "patient context".
So our childs data is being collected in an ambient manner and used for AI? without verifiable consent by the doctor.
We certainly don’t want patient context to be developed around our child by this platform. Eka’s privacy policy explicitly says that they retain the right to: “programmatically use Your data to give You contextual Services.” The DPDP Act also says and despite parental consent, there should be no behavioral monitoring of the child. health data over time is behavioral data.
Their privacy policy was written for the IT Act, not DPDPA.
It doesn’t have purpose limitation, which means that they claim that they can use the data for any purpose, which could include AI training.
Their website also doesn’t mention any Data Protection Officer. They also disclaim any liability for data breaches, which is a red flag.
They also say that withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive. DPDP gives us the right to erasure.
the website points towards their terms of use, which on their website point to the privacy policy which points towards terms of use (which don't exist).
I've drafted and sent a withdrawal of consent notice to the doctor and told him that he's the data fiduciary, and hence responsible for taking parental consent, and what they do with the data... the liability will fall on him and he's dealing with childrens data.
This was written around 2000 years ago. Things haven't changed much.

Milinda: “Revered Nagasena, will you converse with me?”
Nagasena: “I will converse if you, sire, will converse in the speech of the learned, but if you converse, in the speech of kings I will not converse.”
M: “How, Revered Nagasena do the learned converse?”
N: “When the learned are conversing, sire, there is a turning over and an unravelling of the subject; then there is a refutation and an acknowledgement of a mistake; distinctions and contradistinctions are drawn; yet, thereby, they are not angered. It is thus, sire, that the learned converse.”
M: “And how, revered sir, do kings converse?”
N: “When kings are conversing, sire, they approve of some matter and order punishment for anyone who disagrees with that matter, saying: ‘Inflict a punishment on him.’ It is thus, sire, that kings converse.”

🚨#URGENTSTATEMENT
The Government of India is trying to betray the youth of this nation.
During today’s hearing, the Supreme Court made its intention very clear: it sought a list of FIRs registered against students and protesters across the country from the Union Government so that it can quash all of them at one go, in exercise of its powers under Article 142.
The Court sought this information not once, not twice, but thrice. Yet, the Union Government’s lawyer did not commit to furnishing such a list and instead actively resisted it. But why?
On July 25, CJP called off its nationwide agitation in good faith after the Government of India gave solemn commitments concerning the withdrawal of FIRs, protection of protesters from punitive action, and compensation to the affected families at a national press conference with the CJP.
Today, the Supreme Court itself offered a clear path towards giving effect to one of those commitments. Providing a consolidated list of FIRs would, in fact, make it easier for the Union Government and BJP/NDA-ruled states to fulfil the assurance they gave to the country on July 25. But the Government of India is resisting.
The Court even offered the Union Government an alternative: if there are cases involving hardened criminals with a history of heinous offences who are alleged to have committed acts of violence during the protests, the Government could identify those FIRs separately so that such cases may be dealt with on their own merits.
The young people of this country are entitled to ask whether the Government of India ever intended to honour its word, or whether the assurances given by two Union Ministers before the nation on July 25 were merely meant to bring an end to a peaceful nationwide movement.
We will not permit the Government to play games with the trust of India’s students, Gen-Z and young citizens.
CJP has exercised patience. We have negotiated in good faith. We called off our agitation in good faith. And we have given the Government sufficient opportunity to honour its commitments in good faith.
That patience is now running out. And therefore we now warn the government.
If the Government does not immediately demonstrate concrete steps towards honouring the July 25 commitments, the Cockroach Janta Party will convene its National Working Committee within the next two days to decide the next course of nationwide action.
We hope the Government understands the seriousness of this moment.
Do not mistake restraint for surrender. Do not mistake good faith for weakness. And do not play with the trust of an entire generation.
What CJP does next will depend entirely upon what the Government of India chooses to do now.

🚨Friends, Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra’s Bar Council of India spent 14 CRORES on meetings and conferences in just one year.
Today, he had to withdraw a portion of his outrageous order on NALSAR students within 1 hour. So where and how is this 14 crores being spent?
12 crores was also spent on travel and accommodation.
But what has been the result? If Mr. Mishra is capable of issuing such a draconian order against young students, then what welfare has he been doing for young lawyers and law schools? He’s been in the position since 2012 and will be till 2030.
Time’s up, Mr. Mishra!
#LegalCockroachesUnite and hold him accountable.

assam flood, manipur burning, jharkhand protest, delhi air pollution, kerala flood. so much to address but apparently, the bigger problem to the govt is a gender cursing.
Based on LGBTQ+ Marriage Equality order by Supreme Court in 2023, Modi Govt formed a committee to minimise discrimination against LGBTQ+ couples. That committee met only twice in 2024, never met after that and never published a report. Social Justice Ministry told Shashi Tharoor.
