They live in safety and relative wealth thanks to largely well-functioning establishment, but dwell on minor grievances.
There are real problems in the world.
I cannot caution you enough, Christian leaders in your 20s & 30s, or with more genuine love & concern, to be deeply merciful to people in word & in deed. Be very very slow to condemn, cancel & to claim what youโd never do. Especially publicly, You have hardly begun to be tested.

@RobbyWaddell This is why the concept of "managing up" is so important for those not in authority: it emphasizes influence over formal authority. Without it, the only choice is withdraw or suffer.
