@HalifaxBank I've had more replies from you Nandu than I have done from your fraud team which is quite frankly atrocious. We are now on 4 hours from my first message to your team and i'm still no further. Thanks for your social media replies but for sure ill be making a complaint.
@HalifaxBank I've had a fraudulent payment made on my credit card today and been waiting way over an hour on live chat for the fraud team. Iโve even called and the line hung up when it got to being placed in a queue. Is there an issue with your fraud team? This is ridiculous!
@HalifaxBank I started this chat at 7:50pm and it is now 11pm in the UK so I hwce been on this chat for over 3 hours. I am hardly any further forward. I did not expect this to still be continuing this late at night. I am working tomorrow and so your poor customer service is now impacting me.
@arrivayorkshire Is it really good enough for your buses to be driving round with a bumper hanging off and a badly flickering route sign that distracts drivers? Do your drivers not have to check their vehicles before leaving the depot? Not exactly appealing to use your services!
@firstdirecthelp I'm trying to access my online account and it simply states "service unavailable". There appears to be no comms about this so is this a known issue and if so, when will it be back available?
@SubwayUK Your app dosent seem to be working. Can't login, get an "Access Denied" message when trying to load to login. Had to pay for my footlong without my points or my deal. Dissapointing.
@AvivaUK I've added "Roof Rack" to my car insurance policy to cover my roof bars, but does this cover items on the roof bars too? I'm considering getting a TentBox to put on the roofbars. Would the TentBox be covered given I've added "Roof Rack" to the policy?
@RevolutApp Maybe you've not read the message, so I'll give you the chance to read it again and reply appropriately. The upgrade offer states it is at "no extra cost" however your premium plan is ยฃ80/year and your "offer" for Metal is ยฃ95/year which is an INCREASE of ยฃ15!
@RevolutApp Why is the upgradr offer from Premium to Metal as detailed in your email different when upgrading via your app? It should show "ยฃ80" (Premium yearly price) rather than "ยฃ95" as per the attached?
@BattlefieldComm Exposure (breakthrough) - the final objective in the mountain on the final attack round is near enough impossible to get inside. Vehicles can't get in and its just a meat grinder with people that sit with the mounted vulcan inside. Absolutely horrific and puts people off playing
@SamsungUK @PhilCampbell_ I have just contacted them and them and they have told me that it was a 'loyalty bonus' for my new purchase. But that it only works to order another S23? Logic!
@SamsungUK Can you explain why you would send out an offer reducing the cost of a new purchase by ยฃ100 AFTER many loyal customers have already pre-ordered their devices? And have a code that ONLY works on new S23 orders?
