@HelloFresh and @Sunbasketmeals I suspect you both use the same supplier to pack your meat in Santa Clara, CA. BOTH of you have sent me meat packages that were not properly sealed and leaked all over the box, making it unusable. Please follow up with your supplier and fix ASAP.

@HelloFresh Thanks. They now offered a $45 reimbursement + $15 credit on next box, so net-net that works out to replacing the box. We're good for now, but we hope the quality control improves on the next few boxes! We want to reduce our cooking stress, not make it worse.
