🚨BREAKING: LIKE CLOCKWORK - HERE COMES THE ISLAMIC LAWFARE

CAIR is now suing Governor Ron DeSantis after he designated the group (along with the Muslim Brotherhood) as a terrorist organization under Florida’s new law.

This was completely predictable. Of course, "Islamic TV" is panicking!

After years of exposing CAIR’s documented ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and its influence inside Florida schools and communities, the group is now running to the courts to block the state from cutting off its access to public resources - including school choice funding.

CAIR claims the new law violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments and gives the governor too much power. They’re asking for an emergency court order to stop the designation from taking effect.

DeSantis has shown that CAIR/HAMAS was founded by individuals linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and has long concealed those connections while presenting itself as a mainstream civil rights organization.

This lawsuit comes right after an earlier federal judge blocked DeSantis’ previous executive order on the same issue. Now they’re trying again through the courts.

This is classic jihad lawfare - using the legal system to protect influence and funding that the state has now decided to cut off.

Florida finally took a stand.

The question is whether the courts will let it stand or once again hand CAIR another win.

QUESTION - What the hell is the federal government doing while red states are finally trying to fight back, besides pandering for the Islamic vote or auctioning off pieces of our country to the highest Islamic bidder?

Obama and Biden's suicidal dream of using Iran as a counterweight to Israel has come further under JD Vance in the last 4 months than in the 12 years they served as president.

Obama and Biden's goal was to give Iran cover to finish creating a nuclear weapon that would allow them to project that power.

None of the 3 men seem to care that Iran's foremost goal is to hit America (Great Satan) with a nuclear bomb, and secondarily, Israel (Little Satan.)

Thanks to Israel's incredible tenacity in destroying Iran's nuclear ambitions over and over in attack after attack the last 20 years, Americans have never had to face the horror of a long-range nuclear-capable ballistic missile that could reach our shores.

Then Vance handed the Strait of Hormuz to Iran to control, as the Vance MOU explicitly does after 60 days.

Both General Jack Keane (a friend of Trump's to whom he gave the Medal of Freedom) and our enemy, Dep. Chair Russia's National Security council Dmitry Medvedev, now agree "Iran’s ability to disrupt traffic in the Strait of Hormuz is equivalent to possession of a nuclear weapon."

It will also give Iran cover to build that nuclear weapon uninterrupted.

It's a terrifying game-changer even Biden and Obama would have never dared. Vance's MOU is even silent on nuclear inspection and puts no limits on enriching uranium.

Worse yet, we're now bizarrely allowing the free sale of the oil that will fund it all, with no primary or secondary sanctions for the first time in decades, something even Biden and Obama didn't dare to do, with no restrictions on how Iran spends the money.

Even the Wall Street Journal can't understand why we don't freeze the funds from the sale of that oil, as even Obama and Biden did.

Worese, there are no restrictions on who and what Iran funds with it, as is explicitly spelled out in the MOU Trump signed.

Notice the Democrats aren't complaining about this deal at all because they love it. Ditto for the Europeans who initially condemned this war and wouldn't let us use their bases. Even al-Qaida praised Vance in its magazine this week.

The most deadly Islamist leaders in the Middle East, Ghalibaf, Pezeshkian and Araghchi, are only alive because Trump and Vance keep protecting them.

This weekend, we learned that Vance leaked news of Israel's planned strike against them to Iran ally Turkey's Islamic dictator, Erdogan, which scuttled it.

There was a reason Iran demaded Vance lead negotiations, not Rubio. Now that reason is clear.

It was almost as if America switched sides the minute Vance took over once we stopped bombing.

We easily could have finished off the 2,000 targets that give Iran's murderous leaders power.

Every week that Vance and the Iranian leadership dragged out negotiations, the world's oil reserves got lower and the day we'd hit $150 a barrel oil without the daily release of those reserves got closer. And every week that passed, the more power Trump lost and the more power Iran gained until Iran had all the power.

Trump signed Vance's disastrous MOU a few days short of world reserves running out and oil prices skyrocketing.

Now Vance is busy marginalizing Israel as we "lose" again and again at the negotiating table. Tucker Carlson praises Vance. Vance never condemns Carlson's anti-Semitism. In fact, Vance employs Carlson's son on his staff.

🚨 BREAKING 🚨 Major Diplomatic Breakthrough: The trilateral framework constitutes a major achievement for Israel, which completely rejects Iran's attempt to force a unilateral withdrawal from southern Lebanon and denies Iran and Hezbollah any role whatsoever in Lebanon.

Following a long negotiation between the US, Israel, and Lebanon, representatives of the three countries signed a trilateral working framework aimed at leading to future agreements between Israel and Lebanon in order to end the conflict between the countries and reach a peace settlement.

Israel will maintain its security zone along the Yellow Line border in Lebanon until the day Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations in Lebanon are disarmed and no longer pose a threat from Lebanon to the territory of the State of Israel.

The freedom of military action of the IDF will be preserved in the security zone to remove threats of any kind whatsoever.

Israel and Lebanon agreed on two areas adjacent to the Yellow Line recommended by the IDF in which there will be a pilot of Hezbollah disarmament and the transfer of the territory to the control of the Lebanese Army: one area outside the Yellow Line and south of Litani, and the second outside the original Yellow Line and north of Litani.
