@AmbJapanUK Where is this? I want that mug 😫

[Andy @boggartinus]

@AskAmex what time of day are reservations released for One Centurion

[Andy @boggartinus]

@turbotax I got locked out of my account and now it says “account services unavailable.”

[Andy @boggartinus]

@waitrose any plans to start selling sour beers in your specialty beer selection?

[Andy @boggartinus]

@IRSMedic your email address doesn’t work. Are you still in business?

[Andy @boggartinus]

@Citi how can it take over 25 minutes to report fraud? And your lines redirect to “the office is closed”

[Andy @boggartinus]

@exploretock why do you have no customer support line? Appalling

[Andy @boggartinus]

@BeautyandEssex does anyone answer your phones? I got the wrong order for $100. A stone cold burger 🤣. I’m ready for my refund now

[Andy @boggartinus]

@Avis congratulations on having the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 👏🏻

[Andy @boggartinus]

@British_Airways if I’m flying Saturday night to the UK can I take my Covid test any time today or does it have to be tonight?

[Andy @boggartinus]

@VirginMoney your customer service is shocking. Endless phone trees and inability to answer before the end of the drivel.

[Andy @boggartinus]

@British_Airways I’m not seeing my full flight details on my booking and you cancelled one leg of my flight without informing me

[Andy @boggartinus]

@sofiasoares96 @Tanlaurie30 To get the test

[Andy @boggartinus]

@Collinson still waiting on my test to release results, was meant to be 3-4h turn around and it’s now 7...

[Andy @boggartinus]

@sofiasoares96 @Tanlaurie30 Yep! 8hours from Manchester airport, no wait

[Andy @boggartinus]

@Tanlaurie30 @Collinson Yes! Was a LAMP test. Took 8 hours to report, which is great; it’s just when you’re told it’s 3-4 hours you make different plans. Know better for next time :) Still better than mailing and waiting for results.

[Andy @boggartinus]

@British_Airways How do I sign up? I’m on the 114 from JFK next month :)

[Andy @boggartinus]

@RobJimFleming hi Rob, where’s the best place to find hospitals with SAS job postings? Are they created like consultant posts?

[Andy @boggartinus]

So much for “deep cleaning” @VirginAtlantic
