#NormalizeRealFood My girls at 9.5 have never had McD's & I feel no shame in that. Fruits & veggies fill their tummy better - add in local raw milk, free range chicken, & grass fed beef, & that's a well rounded diet free from fast food. Trust me, it's cheaper than eating out.
