Basically, the rifle has a 100% precision rating, which negates bloom, therefore in the hands of assault or other classes that stat aught to lower according to the amount of bloom affecting the non recon class, or the sway needs to be more severe for them. I think everyone’s just stating perfectly precise rifles don’t bloom, and as soon as they begin to, it aught to be represented accordingly.
