"Oh mio dio, si sono presi tutto, non riesco a correre". La voce di Heidi Levine è ancora rotta dallo shock quando cerca di scappare fra gli uliveti, mentre zoppica, sostenuta da alcuni giornalisti. Levine è una fotografa storica del Washington Post e oggi - 16 ottobre - è stata aggredita nei dintorni di Abu Falah, in Cisgiordania, da un gruppo di coloni israeliani che hanno attaccato degli agricoltori palestinesi impegnati nella raccolta delle olive.

La dinamica del pestaggio è stata ripresa da alcuni attivisti internazionali. Nel filmato si vede la reporter - che indossa un giubbotto protettivo con la scritta "Press" in evidenza - bloccata a terra e colpita ripetutamente con calci, pugni e bastonate. I coloni le hanno anche rubato l'attrezzatura fotografica e il cellulare.

"Continuavano a colpirmi, mi avranno colpita cinquanta volte. Sono stata attaccata e spinta a terra. Fortunatamente avevo il mio giubbotto protettivo e il casco altrimenti forse ora non sarei stata qui", ha raccontato Levine da un letto dell'ospedale di Ramallah.

Non è stato un attacco isolato. In Cisgiordania si sono susseguite le violenze dei coloni per tentare, come ogni anno, di impedire ai palestinesi di lavorare negli uliveti bruciando anche degli alberi e alcune automobili. Secondo quanto riportato dalla Mezzaluna rossa, oggi - 16 ottobre - nella zona sono state ferite in tutto sei persone. Oren Ziv, un giornalista che ha assistito all'aggressione in cui è stata colpita Levine, ha raccontato di avere visto, dopo gli scontri, un palestinese con ferite da arma da fuoco.

L'Associazione israeliana della stampa estera ha condannato l'accaduto: "Questo è solo l'ultimo di una serie di violenti attacchi di coloni israeliani contro giornalisti e altri civili nella Cisgiordania occupata - si legge in una nota -. Eppure i nostri ripetuti appelli ad agire per contrastare questa illegalità sono stati ignorati dalle autorità israeliane".

E chi lo ascolta senza porsi una domanda, senza chiedere "a chi conviene?", sta rinunciando alla cosa più importante che abbiamo: il pensiero critico.

L'Europa e la Russia sono condannate a convivere sullo stesso continente.

Earth's atmosphere is 99.96% nitrogen, oxygen and argon - yet carbon dioxide is less than a tenth of 1%.

A global climate franchise based around the United Nations, has driven a 40-year campaign, based on CO₂ as an existential threat to the future of mankind. However, fundamental planetary physics and geology contradict this agenda, which has caused disruption and widespread industrial decline in Western nations.

The warming effect of additional atmospheric CO₂ follows a descending logarithmic curve: each incremental 100 ppm yields roughly only half the warming effect of the preceding 100 ppm. Far from triggering runaway warming, additions of 2 to 3 ppm per year represent a vital biological recovery following hundreds of millions of years of long-term planetary CO₂ depletion.

Geologically speaking, Earth - and human society - is in a cooler ice age regime, making current interglacial warming and carbon bounce-back a welcome restoration of the biological world, not a threat. We live in a world already several degrees colder than temperatures throughout 90% of this biological age.

The tangible evidence of a decades long biological revival has become visible from space. NASA satellite imagery demonstrates widespread 'global greening', particularly across arid and semi-desert margins where elevated CO₂ allows vegetation to retain water and flourish. Farm produce has soared, cereal crops by 280%.

This green leaf recovery has been met only with brooding silence from corporate boardrooms and the UN. It's not driven by the physics of climate, but mapped out in economic spreadsheets, for a spending effort unmatched in world history.

The oceans are the key to the vagueries of the world's climate. They cover 72% of the Earth's surface area to an average depth of 2.3 miles, yet they have been conspicuously absent from the climate manifesto, coined by the IPCC. The oceans also contain 86% of Earth’s surface carbon reservoir. They dominate the world's climate systems, generating global rainfall, cloud cover and water vapor.

Oceans also provide the bulk of plant and algae photosynthesis, and oxygen regeneration. This comes from microscopic phytoplankton, making up less than 2% of global plant biomass. These single-celled organisms generate up to 80% of Earth’s oxygen and perform nearly half of all global photosynthesis.

Processing between 30 and 50 billion metric tons of carbon annually, phytoplankton match the carbon capture capability of all terrestrial forests combined.

Marine dynamics are profound: as oceans warm, they naturally release CO₂; as they cool, they absorb and retain it. Deep ocean currents carry tropical warm upwards to the otherwise frigid Northern Hemisphere over thousand year cycles.

Despite these physical realities, the UN climate franchise marches onwards, a wayward experiment expected to cost the world $275 trillion by 2050, or more than two-and-a-half times global GDP.

In altre parole se uno Stato obietta all’oligarchia UE che è contro, per esempio, alla sua politica migratoria, contro i finanziamenti a pioggia all’Ucraina, contro le sue politiche fiscali o produttive, allora significa che è “contro i suoi valori fondativi” e rischia dunque gravi misure ritorsive.

Non è solo un’altra età: è una generazione di sopravvissuti veri.
Hanno imparato a leggere l’umore di mamma dal rumore della pentola.
A sette anni avevano già le chiavi di casa e sapevano:
“In frigo c’è da mangiare, scaldalo e non fare pasticci.”
A nove preparavano la pastina ai fratelli più piccoli.
A dieci sapevano chiudere l’acqua e scappare dal cane del vicino con un secchio in testa. Stavano fuori dalla mattina alla sera: sbarra, campo di calcio, bicicletta.
Tornavano a casa solo quando era buio.
Le ginocchia erano una mappa di croste e cicatrici.
Le sbucciature si curavano con la saliva o una foglia di pianta.
Se si lamentavano, la risposta era sempre la stessa: “Se non esce sangue, non è niente. ”Mangiavano pane e zucchero o pane e olio.
Bevevano dall’acqua del giardino.
Le allergie? Nessuno le conosceva.
Sapevano togliere le macchie di erba, di sugo e di biro perché “non si usciva di casa vestiti male”, neanche per giocare.
Hanno vissuto cose che oggi sembrano di un altro mondo:
la radio a manopole,
la televisione in bianco e nero,
il giradischi, le cassette,
il walkman.

Oggi ascoltano migliaia di canzoni sullo smartphone, ma rimpiangono ancora il fruscio della cassetta che si riavvolgeva con una penna.
Con la patente fresca di stampa attraversavano l’Italia con la 127, senza aria condizionata, senza navigatore, senza hotel.
Solo una cartina dell’ACI e un panino nella stagnola.
E arrivavano sempre.
Sono l’ultima generazione cresciuta senza internet, senza powerbank e senza l’ansia della batteria al 2%.
Si ricordano il telefono a disco nel corridoio, i quaderni di ricette scritti a mano e i compleanni segnati sul calendario della cucina.
Aggiustano quasi tutto con lo scotch, una graffetta o una molletta.
Avevano un solo canale (poi due...) e non si annoiavano.
Sfogliavano l’elenco telefonico, non le notifiche.
Una chiamata persa voleva dire soltanto: “Ho pensato a te.”
Hanno un’armatura emotiva costruita tra strada, freddo e poco zucchero.
Hanno visto di più, vissuto più a fondo.
In tasca tengono ancora una caramella alla menta “per ogni evenienza”.
Sono cresciuti senza seggiolino, senza casco, senza crema solare.
A scuola senza LIM e senza computer, solo con il sussidiario in cartella.
Giovani senza social, senza filtri e senza selfie.
Non chiedono a Google:
si fidano del loro istinto.
I loro ricordi sono impressi indelebili per sempre nelle loro anime.
