Elite hands don’t happen by chance. And no matter your starting point, there is always a room for improvement. Find ways to challenge your hand tempo and deflect exchange confidence/speed. Rhythm and repeatability are key elements to each drill. Stay calm, relaxed, & free and easy. When you combine elite, hands, with elite feet, elite arm, and elite internal clock or “instincts,” you become an elite defender who can dominate.
