The seller "must" notify Mercari within 24 hours of the returned item's delivery and file a “Return Condition Dispute.” "Sellers 'must' request help from the Order Status Page or Help Center." Mercari Support does not support Sellers.
@LindenLori@mercari_app Mercari approved the return request? If so, and if the returned shoes are in a condition different than the condition when you shipped them to the buyer, notify Mercari of the "change of condition" THAT DAY. Request a written list of what documents they want from you & when.
@mercari_app I reported him to Mercari before taking to social media. But his threat is now in effect. Rather than look into the Seller's complaint, Mercari is ignoring it. Maybe ChatGPT's evaluation will make them curious. It's 2023: "Threatening" & "Confrontational" are not Best Practices.

@Uber_Support Earlier it was 93 degrees and rising in Dallas but my jet black Uber DID NOT HAVE AC. So we’re rolling with driver’s window down 3 other windows 1/4 down. It was way, way hot with a mask on. Surely Uber requires AC when temps are this high, right? Refund requested.

@Lyft@asklyft Rides totaling 21.98 does not justify a hold of 48.49. That is more than twice my actual ride charge.
