@Thinkingschool2 How do others schools calculate directed time? Do you include the time available for work in school or the activities that are directed? Reasonable hours to meet teacher standards are outside this time and offer teachers flexibility to choose when this occurs up to 48hrs per wk.

So we wait 3 months to be told to use some grade descriptors which don’t match to the standards of work awarded these grades each year. Why not give grade boundaries so we know what a National 27/40 is? What’s the point in detailed mark schemes? #education #teamenglish #JCQcic

@Penny_Ten I work at a state Google School - all students have Chromebooks. My own y10&8 kids receive their normal school day with my colleagues teaching online, recording lessons and giving feedback. I haven’t missed one lesson since lockdown as a teacher. I am grateful from both angles.
