@BootsUK Just wanted to share my recent experience purchasing goods from your website
Ordered 5 items for £284.33 on 17th Oct. 2 parcels delivered 20th Oct. One item cost £87.00 – was not delivered. Contacted Customer Services 3 times no resolution. Not very helpful.
@BootsUK Given that I have already been through this process with customer services 3 times - order 772948229 - I am not sure I see the point? But want to share my experience with the wider community so they can see what a poor company Boots has become
@BootsUK the customer service I have received from Boots online/ call centre has been shocking. Your staff don’t listen, or read complaints. It’s incredibly frustrating. Generic responses that are unrelated to specifics in a complaint makes me feel unvalued.
@BootsUK have worst policy. The guy at the counter gave my wife a wrong medicine not the one i asked for . I went back to return it and they refused to take it back it. Ridiculous
@BootsUK This is not good enough email states delivery was due yesterday
Boots customer service is diabolical
I got a call last night to arrange a refund only to be told I had to download an app No thank you

@BootsUK Oh I didn't see this whoops, I don't have the packaging anymore unfortunately but I purchased it from the Boots at Manchester Piccadilly station on November 7th, shortly before posting this. The name of the sandwich is in the second photo. Cheers for looking into it.
