The fact that 4 years later, and an untold number of outreaches made to the government at various levels of agency and executive offices, regarding the criminal theft of the shareholders of #MMTLP should tell you we do not have a government of, by or for the people.
We have been captured by corporate pirates.
WE ARE A FASCIST TECHNOCRACY
THEY’RE SELLING FAKE SHARES
Lara Logan asks Next Bridge Hydrocarbons CEO Greg McCabe to explain naked short selling and how traders can allegedly flood the market with shares they never borrowed and do not actually own.
In the newest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe breaks his silence about the MMTLP scandal affecting approximately 124,000 shareholders, alleged market manipulation and what he describes as serious regulatory failures by FINRA and the SEC. @GregMcCabeJr

Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks three and a half years of public silence on the extraordinary failures of U.S. market regulation and blatant corruption at FINRA and the SEC. McCabe describes unauthorized trading of company shares, massive naked short selling, and a devastating FINRA trading halt that froze assets of 124,000 shareholders. Despite receiving SEC approval for share registration after three years, short sellers have refused to settle. McCabe calls for transparency, accountability, and government intervention to protect retail investors.

@GoingRoguewLara
Last night’s Space with @nbhydrocarbons CEO Greg McCabe, @annvandersteel, and @laralogan was the preview.
Friday is the full #MMTLP interview with Lara and Greg, and everyone should tune in, even if you never owned the stock (trolls are welcome too).
Because the legal filings are the part that do not need a microphone.
If even a small part of what is alleged in the #MMAT Trustee’s complaint against Citadel, Anson and Virtu (who fought tooth and nail to NOT deliver their trading data/record) and what the litigation and discovery process may now surface, holds up, then this story becomes much bigger.
And I doubt those three are the only act on the bill.
In fact, around the 47-minute mark, Lara says it directly: this is impacting an “extraordinary number” of U.S.-listed companies.
She is absolutely right to raise that point.
Because if that is true, then this is not just one shareholder grievance or one unusual market event.
That is a Pandora’s box the financial market system now has to confront.
And when you eventually add crypto, tokenization, and 24/7 markets into that mix... the scale of the problem becomes exponential.
At some point, the machinery around all of this needs a proper reckoning... not another wrist-slap dressed up as “industry self-regulation”, right?
The longer @FINRA’s “financial industry” appears to protect its paying members… ehhh, sorry... nearly said customers!🤣… while retail investors and issuers are left completely in the dark, the harder that model becomes to defend.
And no FINRA FAQ or stonewall can ever truly hide, reconcile, or settle the record after the fact.
If self-regulation means the club looks after the club while everyone outside it absorbs the consequences, that is not regulation. It is a membership organization with a badge.
Now here is the part people should appreciate.
It has taken more than four years to catalogue and map this market plumbing:
-10s of thousands of hours of research by hundreds of members of the MMTLP community.
-Record setting 1,000+ FOIA requests.
-Pro-bono lawyers.
-Media.
-Shareholders.
-Ethical staffers in DC.
And now AI tools...
All working, in one form or another, toward resolution for more than 65,000 families.
And in doing so, I am convinced it can also help educate Congress; so that future generations, entrepreneurs, investors, teachers, veterans, and the middle class more broadly, are better protected.
Listening to yesterday’s Space, I kept thinking... HOW do you explain the #MMTLP fiasco to someone who doesn’t know a CUSIP from a boarding pass?
How do you explain it to someone with no financial background?
-At a family dinner.
-At the bar with friends.
-Over coffee with colleagues.
-Or to a complete stranger.
No technical jargon. No alphabet soup. No market-structure lecture... I’ve admittedly inflicted enough of those on people already! 😎
Just a picture everyone can understand.
So I started placing all the actors we have come across over the last four or five years into one setting. Yes... including the trolls! (You know who you are🧌)
Let’s place all of them in one place:
an airport...
Welcome to MIA:

Next post: the airport.
It is widely recognized in the $MMTLP community that Cynthia West is a shareholder and valued member in their movement. They remain grateful for her efforts seeking congressional aid and transparency on an issue Washington has ignored.
The situation with @RepThomasMassie is what it is. At its core, it involves the ex-wife of a Veteran and mother seeking help after regulatory financial fraud against many military veterans. Rep. Massie has failed to help his Veteran constituents gain SEC/FINRA transparency, instead entering a romantic relationship with a victim. That shows poor judgment.
The MMTLP mission remains unchanged: full transparency.
Vice President Vance himself was PROUD to endorsed this Transparency, yet Massie will not
There’s Opportunity right here @EdGallrein to step up for Veterans that were Defrauded 👊🏽🇺🇸

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
***MMTLP Investors to Hold Press Conference at SEC Demanding Accountability for Historic Market Failure**
Washington, DC January 6, 2026 Retail investors impacted by FINRA’s unprecedented U3 halt of MMTLP will hold a press conference on January 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM outside the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to demand transparency, accountability, and enforcement action following what they describe as a regulator driven market failure.
The press conference is being organized by American Made Action, and will be led by Ann Vandersteel, Co-Founder of American Made Action and Host of Steel News. The event will feature affected investors, and market transparency advocates calling attention to the actions of regulators and Wall Street firms that resulted in retail investors being stripped of the ability to trade lawfully held securities.
On December 9, 2022, trading in MMTLP was halted with no prior notice and no lawful resolution mechanism. Retail investors were denied the ability to close positions, while market makers and financial institutions were shielded from exposure. To date, no public explanation has reconciled how the halt complied with federal securities law or how investor protections were upheld. There has been no audited accounting of shares or enforcement of trade settlement.
“This was not a market driven outcome,” said Ann Vandersteel. “It was regulator driven. Wall Street firms were protected. Retail investors were not. That is not a free market. That is government intervention on behalf of financial institutions.”
Despite repeated inquiries, FOIA requests, and congressional correspondence, investors claim the SEC and FINRA have failed to provide meaningful answers.
The press conference will formally call for:
• Immediate public disclosure of communications between the SEC, FINRA, market makers, and broker dealers related to MMTLP
• Congressional hearings into regulatory capture and enforcement failures
• Accountability for decisions that violated investor protection mandates
• Restoration of lawful market remedies for affected shareholders
The MMTLP case has become a flashpoint for broader concerns about regulatory capture, weaponization of government agencies, selective enforcement, and the erosion of trust in U.S. capital markets. Organizers say the issue extends beyond one ticker symbol and strikes at the core of whether retail investors are afforded equal protection under the law.
Media are encouraged to attend.
