@DerEchteChalaco @appen_l In solchen Fällen würde ein Anwalt niemals nur auf Prozentbasis arbeiten, viel zu unsicher. Honorar währe vllt niedriger aber zusätzlich zu Prozenten trotzdem erfolderlich. Ne Stadt zu verklagen is kacke schwierig und nen guter Anwalt würd sich nich drauf verlassen zu gewinnen

Kommt drauf an wie gut dein Anwalt ist. Wenn du erfolgreich ne Stadt verklagen kannst biste fein raus, aber leisten kann man sich das in der Mittelschicht eher weniger. Und prozesse ziehen sich in den US wesentlich länger hin
