@SenHawleyPress 1) Cop who climbed on to the roof and saw the Cook pointing gun at him had 24 seconds before 1st shot was fired. What did he do in those 24 precious seconds? Did anyone ask? Protocol should've been to alert SS IMMEDIATELY, and they would've neutralized the threat right away.
