I 2x'd sign-ups to a SaaS client's landing page.
Purely from Organic traffic.
In about 90 days.
If you got one hour of my time, what would you want help with?
If you made a blog post, and didn't add a single internal link to any money pages like your features, services, or product categories, what are you even doing?
@nikopajko Just search [Your Category] + Software.
Example: "Accounting Software" and exclude home pages. Check out their overall authority, links, and traffic. Most are landing pages like this one: https://t.co/z9hkq0ChZU
SAAS companies don't need to make "best x tools" roundups. They can make a landing page highlighting how their tool is relevant for the use case and don't need to cover any other software.
Highest overall page authority wins on these types of SERP.
High-quality content is such a strange term because what does that even mean?
Everyone has a different interpretation of what high-quality content is.
Saying โmake high-quality contentโ is the writer's version of saying โmake it popโ.
If you can get a page ranking #1 by building links to it, you'll often continue to get links naturally afterward as people tend to link to the top ranking result.
And then it continues to climb in rankings and traffic for related terms.
It's a flywheel effect.
ChatGPT o3-mini-high is a beast!
I was going back and forth on a script with GPT 4o
Passed it to o3-mini-high and it solved it in 2 tries.
Then proceeded to make several improvements to the script. Making it faster, adding error logging, and more.
Wow.
Topical authority has nothing to do with how much content you cover on a specific topic!
It's about how well you rank for specific topics.
Content coverage is just step 1.
Covering all subtopics even with high quality content does not automatically make you an "authority"
For SEO: Creating a page that has a high enough quality that someone would link to it (as a backlink) should be the ultimate metric of quality.
Increase the average link per post ratio.
Build the growth flywheel topically.
You don't need original ideas if you can outrank the pages currently in the SERPS.
This is one of the foundational reasons why the SEO industry is worth billions of dollars.
