Ordered an item on 4th July, delivered on 5th July, seller sent wrong configuration item, Amazon failed multiple times to pickup the item. The delivery boy not even visiting the flat and marking the pickup as failed.

90% + user reported that seller is send wrong items. Why the seller is still on Amazon? Are you not doing vendor due diligence. It's degrading the Amzon's trust and brand value.

A common house wife with kids can not verify in-detailed model number and technical specifications. It's Amzon's responsibility to verify the Seller partner due diligence and integrity

Order # 408-1279194-1577157 You can verify my allegation with the photo taken by the delivery agent. Dealers/Sellers are misusing your OTP verification policy. A ordinary house lady at home can not verify the configuration level details.
