@BritishGas BG You dont even have engineers to attend to prearranged appointments so please explain how you can advertise like this? The only service is appointment cancellations due to lack of staff........

@MartinSLewis Please help us. Since Sept 2021 @BritishGas have repeatedly cancelled appointments to install smart meter. We had solar panels installed but 'no smart meter = no compensation for export to grid". Installation for 16/11 cancelled by text today.
