@PetplanUK No response after 2 days, @PetplanUK So disappointing. Cost of living is punishing right now, it’s particularly brutal then to be forced to overpay on pet insurance for 12 months. I’m only asking for my premium to be updated to reflect the area in which I now live. This is fair.

Hey @petplanUK received policy renewal email 9 Nov (expires 7 Dec). Updated the address online the next day. Called to discover new price. Told should be lower as moved from London to Norfolk but too late to adjust premium. So stuck overpaying for 12months. How do you justify?
