Saw the apple version of these the other day and it made me happy. But discovering I can make a peach cobbler version makes me feels absolutely giddy!!

mindfulness is your first line of defense against overthinking and overwhelm. when you feel anxious about the future, ease your way back into the present moment. ground yourself in what you’re experiencing. focus on the now.

As I reflect on the things that I am most grateful for, I consider first and foremost my family. I am blessed to have a loving and supportive family. ❤
Next I am grateful for my friends and the beautiful experiences we share.
Lastly I am grateful for my prayer and meditation practice. Consistent prayer and meditation gets me through the toughest of times.
As a person who sometimes struggles with anxiety and self-doubt I have found prayer, meditation and affirmations have been my saving grace.
One way that I offer myself kindness and self-compassion is by whispering gentle and assuring phrases to myself.
I hope these words offer you comfort as well, as you overcome your own personal obstacles.
