@Welshboy64 @2SevernBridges A colleague lives in the new builds in Undy left at 07:15, arrived in work at 10:30... that road alone took over an hour!! Totally unacceptable. The amount of pressure put on Magor roundabout and the M4 itself when NH close the M48 bridge is beyond manageable.

@2SevernBridges @MatttSW_ In in the exact same situation, emergancy service worker who now has to drive from Cardiff > Gloucester > Bristol for a night shift... surly there's a contingency plan in place to allow for this... even if I'm driving at 10mph....

@BustingCrimes This then leads to lack of visual presence. Priority logs not being dealt with because its desk > immediates > Desk! Recruitment - we need streetwise not scientists! Go back to the olds school days of recruitment. Tougher sentencing, stronger support for officers from SLT.

@BustingCrimes From Dispatch point of view - Its never ending list - More resources to start. Policing has become more reactive than proactive duties due to officers being cuffed to their desks with endless amounts write ups! Starting an earlies with 6 stat 8 units your already on the back foot
