I have no patience for ppl who claim “all small talk is lame” or “most people are boring.” Skill issue.
If you want to be a good conversationalist, you just need to be curious. Curiosity, according to @toddkashdan, has five dimensions ->
we have something pretty cool to share! @ZerothAxiom has put together a drive with 'how to run X style event' templates and checklists for anyone to use!
we're going to be updating it over time, this is a very rough draft, but we're looking forward to sharing more resources
Brooke talks about some of the myriad ways in which doing public speaking training has helped in her personal growth/embodiment journey:
(plus there's a workshop with @StageJoy coming up! dec 3-5, link in thread)
Curious about the public speaking course I've been taking? Chatting on livestream now with my coach, Danielle Benzon of The Inspired Speaker Academy https://t.co/GJCxzC7J84

If you were at @melodaysong and my @bowmansschool session “no-lympics” will you please share a word or three about what it was like for you? What you discovered there or how you’ve been practicing since?
One of the (many) sweet moments at @bowmansschool today was sitting with @pragueyerrr and @gptbrooke discussing the impact we wanted to have on the world
A common theme among our shares was a deeper fostering of connection
