@teina@MOTAT_NZ@VernonSys Love your shout to the foundational role of the research on this Teina, and so pleasing to see how you took the insights forward in such pure form to shape the process and experience. 👊🌟#UserResearch#uxresearch
My thoughts on (and some of my favorite nuggets from) Userpalooza, @bowmast's must-read book for anyone doing research to understand how and why people do their people-thing in the ways that they do: https://t.co/dkRBpcoxFs
@RachelKnight92 Pros and cons are interesting, but understanding trade offs even more important, especially when quality and or context goes under the bus. I was lucky to run only two projects remotely in the last two years and really felt it both times.
Sorry trees. I’m in two worlds about being back in the physical world with this mountain of printed transcripts from fieldwork interviews. #designresearch
@EverydayExpPod Thanks Geoff. This sometimes happens by default when individuals ‘slip through the net’ during recruitment, end up representing the edges. At first they seem like a dud recruit, then they are used as a mirror to hold up to the middle for comparison. It’s great when that happens!
@shemfamous@MrTappy I’m perfectly happy with Mr. Tappy, knowing there are improvements which would drive up the price without adding function or performance.
