Yep. I know how you feel. @JetBlue has treated me like shit. They lost my bag on 1/6. JFK agents are helpful and recognize the error. they force me to go to corporate who then contradict the agents at JFK saying it’s not their fault. A JFK agent gave proof that corporate is lying
@United@JetBlue in both cases the airline prompted the change. @united treated me like a valuable customer. @jetblue treated me like an annoyance and that the event that caused the issue was my fault. I know who will get my future business.

@NCFROMB@JetBlue I feel you Nik. @JetBlue is trying the exact same sleaziness with me. They lost my bag on 1/6, found it, then lost it again while trying to deliver it. Now, they are lying about ever finding it to avoid compensation. Proof of their agents lying in the image
@JetBlue lost two checked luggage bags yesterday on a direct flight from bos to mco, traveling with a 2 yr old and 3 month old one of the bags was theirs, waited on hold for an hour and a half to file a claim which gave us zero information!

@JetBlue I sent an email to JetBlue corporate received a response which is less than acceptable for irresponsibility of a gate agent… Once again JetBlue takes no responsibility for their inactions and placing total blame on the customer Beyond disgusted!
@JetBlue I did and they shrugged their shoulders. This is not the JetBlue of yesteryear where they built their stellar reputation. That reputation is just that, history.
