@JetBlue but that is Jetblues marketing ad, plus every seat got a "complimentary" tv on their seat but me and I paid the same.
My 2nd issue is their website, it is a mess and I was told on Dec 16th that IT would fix it and get back to me. I am still waiting for them to fix it

@JetBlue Yes we did a reboot several times. Then I was asked if I wanted to move from my extra legroom aisle seat to a middle seat in the back of the plane. I did not. At that point I stuck it out and did not have a back up plan. I should have. I ws more upset that people who had working

@JetBlue two different issues, 1st is I had a flight from Austin, TX to Boston Mass., not only was the flight delayed (not due to weather there or where the plane was coming from) but my TV was the only one not working. I understand all airlines don't offer

@AskTSA The message states you have LIVE agents working from 8-6pm ET, but no one answered my question. Not even an automated response which states happens 24/7. I asked yesterday afternoon, got no response at all and logged out last night. You posted about answering questions.

@Sephora an employee left mid application of another make up session which left Sephora short handed. I had 3 different people come to do my make up for a wedding and missed my hair appt., my make up got done but it was so stressful! I was still charged full price! One & done!

@Sephora I had a full face Make up appointment before a wedding, the appt was 12:30 and I was assured I would be done by 1:30 for a 2:00 hair appointment, I did not get to my Hair appointment until 2:30 and it was a 10 minute drive. I was so stressed out. Sephora was short hand
