It was sad to watch them fighting for their lives trying to get dishes out quickly however, so plating and presentation eventually were lost. There were way too many people. Was it oversold, “overcomped”, or people got in on fraud tickets? I dunno but it felt way too crowded

As a foodie, Barbados Food and Rum Festival is marked on my calendar. Hosted a regional TV show on it last year and this year had the chance to attend as a patron. Chose Liquid Gold based on last year’s experience. This year’s experience made me want to provide a little feedback.
