For the last 4 years, I've been running @genzscout , a program to help students, especially from non-target universities, break into the world of startups & venture capital, inspired by my own personal journey of breaking into the space.

I wanted to create an ecosystem and community where students would be able to learn directly from the industry and also meet other like minded peers that would one day, be people they'd most likely be working with in the future.

In these last 4 years, we've had 15+ students start venture backed startups, 30+ full time investors in venture, and 70+ operators in tech. A great start of things to come especially as our 1st few cohorts graduate from college and enter the workforce.

Excited to rebrand GenZScouts to DayDream Fellows, inspired by a few things.

1) Early on, we emphasized a ton on the scouting aspect but going forward, we're emphasizing more on education, connections and opportunities to learn from founders & venture investors for our students.

2) GenAlpha starts college in 4 years. Decided to move away from the generation naming pattern and go towards DayDream Fellows, inspired personally by my motto of "Helping the Boldest Dreamers Turn Their Daydreams into Reality"
