Every American who watched the legacy media cover COVID owes it to themselves to read Fauci's own diary. It reads less like a public health record and more like a group chat between Fauci and the anchors who were supposedly holding him accountable.

They had dinners during quarantine, texts calling Fauci the better man, and an anchor thanking him for dodging a hard question. Meanwhile, CNN and ABC have gone almost completely silent on their own reporters' role in this. If they wonder why nobody trusts them anymore, they should start with their own archived text messages.

Dr. Fauci's own diary, in his own words, shows he knew the lab leak theory was credible from the very first weeks of the pandemic. 10 of 12 scientists on his call believed deliberate insertion was possible. He wrote that the wet market was never the real source. Then he spent the next 2 years telling the American people the opposite and smearing anyone who disagreed as a “conspiracy theorist.” That is the definition of a cover-up.

On Wednesday, under subpoena, Fauci finally has to answer for it.

Billionaire investor Chamath Palihapitiya says the media lied to millions of Americans about President Trump, and that after going back to the original source material, he realized he had been completely misled about Trump’s character.

Here's what actually moves a deal forward:

🫰 Purchase price or current value
💰 How much you need
⌛ Closing timeline
✅ What's the exit (sale, refinance, hold)
🏗️ Who's borrowing (individual, LLC, foreign national, trust)
❓ Any title issues, liens, or open permits you already know about

The more you share, the more we care.

Some of these close in days but the clock doesn't start until we have the basics. The deals that stall aren't usually bad deals. They're incomplete submissions.
