The science strongly supports ending the twice-yearly clock changes.
Where the debate begins is which time should be permanent.
Most sleep and circadian experts favor permanent standard time, not permanent daylight saving time, because morning light is the strongest cue for aligning our biological clocks.
As @hubermanlab has noted, we often confuse what feels good (later sunsets) with what is biologically optimal (earlier morning light).
There’s apparently a line in there protecting Arizona staying on Mountain Standard forever. So, if this advances and lasts long term (I bet it won’t), then PHX will be on the same clock as LA, Vegas, SF and Seattle forever.
BREAKING: The House has passed legislation to make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide, ending the twice-a-year clock changes by a 308-117 vote. Backed by President Trump, the bill now heads to the Senate. If approved and signed into law, Americans would no longer have to change their clocks.

Our state was one of the first to pass Right to Try in 2016.
Today, we’re expanding that law and empowering patients battling rare diseases to pursue life-saving treatments without unnecessary red tape.
New Hampshire will always fight alongside these patients & their families.
Another work trip… another delay caused by @AmericanAir mechanical issues.
In this world, nothing is certain except death, taxes, and @AmericanAir delays at DFW.
Big news for New Hampshire!
