Ai or intelligence tools as you say gives them aircover and confidence to make the cuts they know they should have done anyway. Correlation not causation

@twistartups @Mercor I do struggle to get my head around the Mercor valuation. That’s no different to any staffing company’s revenue (contractor payroll circa 70% of revenue), yet if you look at the valuations of those businesses they are nowhere near, would love to know the investment thesis!
