@rapidoapp_ Extremely dissatisfied with services in Chennai, took about 14 rides in the last 4 days, and almost 90% of them asked for extra cash, upto 100 extra over std fare, else asked to cancel the ride. No such experience in other cities like Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad etc.
