@DE_Gifford This is always frustrating as a local elected. A pricey "study" has to be done so we can learn what is already known, then pricey engineering plans are written up that totally exclude any incremental test changes so the project cost is higher.
But we have huge tracts of parking lots, low paying manufacturing jobs and everything is just a 1-6 hour drive away on wide, crumbling roads! What’s not to love?
