We were very pleased to award the @brain_globe Initiative! Since 2020, they've been creating powerful and incredibly popular #OpenSource tools and software for the #Neuroscience community.
Read more about their work and stay tuned for next year’s awards! @UCLpress@ucylpay
.@brain_globe is improving the way neuroscientists analyse and visualise neuroimaging data 🐟🦀🧠

Interested on detecting and then visualizing cells in a full brain? 🧠 Don't miss our tutorial on how to do it using @brain_globe & BiaPy! Open source initiatives together are stronger 💪
Nice tutorial on how to combine BrainGlobe and @BiaPyX to detect cells in whole brain microscopy images.
We're always interested in ways to make our software interoperable with other tools.
