@MD_pause@PFIRorg@SenSusanCollins Thank you for advocating all the time, definitely so sad and unfair for many doctors who worked so hard to get established here now paying price because where they were born, America is turning to horror dream for so may people that are here legally so sad
@tobitac I’m sorry you are going through this, stressful but they can’t do it as your spouse is American, they should care about American citizen, you can’t tell people whom to fall in love with, don’t worry and delete all negative comment here , they are racist
@MaryBowdenMD Hearing this from someone who is doctor and should know the match system better surprising and disappointing, racism is everywhere even among the one who name themselves doctors MD
@phil_lyman It’s not about qualified person, no American citizen accepted job that’s why next step is to hire under H1b , I’m sure they interviewed many American citizen but no one accepted this position
@megbasham Hospitals are generally not required to report Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), a patient's health information—including immigration status—is protected, and medical providers have no affirmative legal obligation to ask about or report it.
@chrisbrunet@uarizona@UAZTechParks To continue, I’m here for 4 years now and still no American doctors wants to join, all saying high patients volume and location, ( this place for almost 10 years wasn’t able to hire American as no one wants to join ) reality for many hospitals
@chrisbrunet@uarizona@UAZTechParks Where I was hired, they weren’t able to hire doctor for 5 years, it doesn’t mean they are not qualified American, they just don’t want to work at some places , since I started we interviewed many American doc but no one wanted to join, due to high patients volume and location
@ICEgov They bringing 1000 Indian who commit fraud on student visa and H1b, on the hand pausing work permit of doctors , im so confused of USA immigration policy
@RBeansTx@TSMERDIST It’s not simple , some married us citizen and have family, simply going back and being rude is not nice answer here, so sad to see many racist here
@BrmTheGreat Canada is actively recruiting and fast-tracking U.S.-based doctors—including those facing career pauses or visa issues—to address its own severe doctor shortages. New, expedited immigration measures, including a 14-day work permit processing pathway, they need 5000 doctors
@EricLDaugh America gave this community second chance but they destroyed it, that’s why Somalia is Somalia, they destroyed their own country now they want to do the same here
