@PUMACare I have finally received my order of @ManCity shirts for my son after nearly 2 weeks only to find that the shorts I ordered are missing and the two shirts that should be printed with haaland have no printing at all.They're a Christmas present so I need this sorting asap!

@PUMACare I called the customer service number and spoke to someone. Sent some pictures and this is the email reply I got. No apology no effort to make things right just the instructions on how to return the items. The shirts are a Christmas present for my son .....
