I've started 3 companies, but Previ is the first one I built from scratch with a clear vision of exactly what I wanted to contribute to the world.

From day one at Previ, my deepest motivation has been to help employees save more of their hard-earned paychecks. As entrepreneurs, we can't chase our dreams or build meaningful companies without others joining us to make those visions real.

This journey hasn't been easy. At one point, I pitched 15 VCs in a row, and none would even take a second meeting. Keep in mind, my last company, $WEAV, went public, and the Previ team is largely made up of the very people who made that happen.

That meant one of two things:
1. This was genuinely a bad idea, or
2. It was contrarian enough to potentially become something big.

In my original pitch deck, where we successfully raised money, I outlined exactly what we'll be launching tomorrow. What's wild is that after several years and countless conversations with our members, HR leaders, and partner companies, that original plan has remained almost entirely intact.

Tomorrow's launch is the result of amazing teamwork and a true labor of love from the entire Previ team. Kudos to everyone who's believed in this vision and worked incredibly hard to bring it to life.

I hope everyone loves what we launch tomorrow. Regardless of the initial response, we're committed to continuously improving the Previ experience each and every day.

When looking at this photo, most people see a company going public. Not me. I see 2 different things.

First, I see a company that my cofounders and I built that went public.

Second… and this is more motivating… I don’t see myself or my cofounders in this photo. In fact, we weren’t invited. I was standing outside in front of the NYSE when this photo was taken.

We learned a lot building @getweave, but the clarity of focus that we have building @PreviHQ exceeds anything I have felt in my professional career. Previ will someday be a public company. For a company to go public, it needs to be an extremely well-run, fast growing and operationally efficient machine.

I’m locked in. The Previ team is locked in. There is no stopping us.
