WWF-Kenya has officially launched the Danida Market Development Partnerships #WastetoValue Innovation Challenge. Eight enterprises consisting of collectors, sorters/aggregators and recyclers in Mombasa have been selected for a year-long learning session to help them advance their plastic recycling business ventures for improved business results. For the next 1 year, WWF-KENYA will be working with MDF Training & Consultancy Eastern and Southern Africa (MDF-ESA) and CrossWise Works to provide business training support to the promising enterprises to be investor ready through design thinking. The enterprises selected are : Pollucare Cleaners, Sarumbo Waste Solutions, Sisters of Galilee Enterprise, Discover Brands , Rintz Industries Ltd, Plastsafi, Double Noman Co Ltd, Yucheng Investments Ltd.
