وزیر تعلیم سندھ سید سردار علی شاہ کی زیر صدارت اجلاس میں اسکول اسپیسفک بجٹ کے مؤثر استعمال، ڈیجیٹل مانیٹرنگ، سربراہان کی تربیت، کلسٹر پالیسی، بھرتیوں اور انتظامی اصلاحات کا جائزہ لیا گیا، جبکہ بجٹ بڑھانے کی تجویز پیش ہوئی۔

وزیر تعلیم سندھ سید سردار علی شاہ کی زیر صدارت محکمہ تعلیم کا اہم اجلاس، اسکول اسپیسفک بجٹ اور انتظامی اصلاحات کا جائزہ

اجلاس میں اسکول اسپیسفک بجٹ (SSB) کے مؤثر استعمال، ڈیجیٹل مانیٹرنگ، تربیت، آگاہی مہم اور ایس او پیز پر مبنی حکمت عملی کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔

مالی سال 2025-26 میں 34,106 اسکولوں کے لیے جاری 18.671 ارب روپے کے ایس ایس بی بجٹ کے استعمال پر غور کیا گیا، جبکہ آئندہ مالی سال 2026-27 کے لیے بجٹ بڑھا کر 22.47 ارب روپے کرنے کی تجویز پیش کی گئی۔

اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ ایس ایس بی کے استعمال کو آسان بنانے کے لیے محکمہ تعلیم، محکمہ خزانہ اور ٹریژری دفاتر کے درمیان رابطہ کاری بڑھائی جائے گی، اسکول سربراہان کی تربیت کی جائے گی اور بلز کی بروقت منظوری کے لیے چیک لسٹ اور علیحدہ ڈیسک قائم کیے جائیں گے۔

انتظامی اصلاحات کے تحت کلسٹر پالیسی پر مرحلہ وار عمل درآمد، غیر ضروری انتظامی عہدوں کی تنظیم نو اور تدریسی و غیر تدریسی امور کو کلسٹر ہب اسکولوں سے منسلک کرنے کی منظوری دی گئی۔

اجلاس میں جونیئر سائنس ٹیچر (گریڈ 14) بھرتیوں، تعلیمی سہولیات میں بہتری، فرنیچر، مرمت، کھیلوں اور ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں کے لیے بجٹ میں اضافے سمیت محکمہ تعلیم میں مالی، انتظامی اور تدریسی اصلاحات کو تیز کرنے کے اقدامات کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔
