I would had that creating an environment where peer debriefing is possible should be mandatory. Tough people have a hard time speaking to outsiders sometimes. Being able to share the load with smart and benevolent colleagues can be lifesaving!

@Ginger__T Sadly not! MCC is the mobile country code, MNC the mobile network code, identifying the country and the provider. We would need the LAC (Location Area Code) and CID (Cell ID)...

@kirbstr Best case scenario : find the social media emergency contact and let them deal with the alerting... They and only they know where the person is based on analytics they are the only ones to possess. I had two cases (WoW and FB) and they did a great job alerting us (1/2)
