MAGA knows polling throughout March is going down on purpose to weed out the final RINOs in the primaries. Here’s the kicker: MAGA has clinched that gold and silver will rise—keeping all eyes on it, with people thinking it’s the end of the world—when in reality it’s prepping for May 16th, the day Kevin Warsh succeeds Powell.

Boom—the real Summer of Love Gold will begin, with the real value of gold starting its mark not only on the dollar, but on the petrodollar’s global strength, again upsetting BRIC nations’ gold gluttony and the global central banks’ accumulation of gold. What gets me is the incredible amount of confidence Thomas Crooks appeared to have. He knowingly walked around with a backpack, took measurements, surveyed the area, and had to know that law enforcement and the Secret Service were present and potentially watching people around the rally. Yet he didn't seem to flinch.

That's the part I can't get past. His behavior almost gives the impression that someone had told him, "Do this. You'll be fine. We've got your back. Nothing is going to happen to you."

I don't care that he was only 20 years old. It is difficult for me to understand how someone contemplating the assassination of a former president and presidential candidate could display that level of confidence without believing, for some reason, that he could get away with what he was doing.

Look at the behavior of other assassins or would-be assassins. They generally try to conceal themselves and avoid detection. Lee Harvey Oswald, regardless of the continuing arguments over exactly what happened in the Kennedy assassination, was alleged to have fired from a concealed position on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository. The whole point was concealment.

Crooks' behavior strikes me very differently. He was moving around, observing the area, carrying equipment, taking measurements, and apparently continuing despite knowing that security personnel were nearby. He wasn't behaving like someone terrified that the slightest wrong move would expose what he was allegedly planning.

That is what bothers me most. It was the confidence.

To me, that level of confidence raises a serious question about whether Crooks believed he was acting completely on his own or whether something—or someone—had given him reason to believe that he would be able to proceed without being stopped.

That doesn't prove that another person was involved. But I don't think his unusually confident behavior should simply be dismissed. It is one of the aspects of the assassination attempt that deserves a clear and convincing explanation.
