@JaguarCanada Last summer the CEL for my CAT to be replaced came on while under warranty. Code was cleared and now is back and needs replacement out of warranty. I have full documentation of the issue. Jaguar will not cover the cost even though it was known under warranty #help

Warranty for this part runs out at 130,000KM which I was under. Attached is the work order. To me it seems like it was an attempt to not cover an expensive fix under warranty

@russell_andrade I don't think it will be too far in the distant future where car "ownership" becomes a thing of the past. Why own an expensive depreciating asset when really all you want is transportation on demand. I believe car manufacturers will shift their business models more to services.
